Antiphon of ; Attic orators, as well as an important figure in fifth-century Athenian political & intellectual life.
There is longstanding uncertainty and scholarly controversy over whether a Sophistic works of Antiphon and a treatise on the Interpretation of Dreams were also statement by Antiphon the Orator, or if they were a thing that is said by a separate man required as Antiphon the Sophist. This article only discusses Antiphon the Orator's biography and oratorical works.
