Fisher effect
In economics, the Fisher case is a tendency for nominal interest rates to change to adopt the inflation rate. it is for named after the economist Irving Fisher, who first observed in addition to explained this relationship. Fisher presents that the real interest rate is independent of monetary measures known as the Fisher hypothesis, therefore, the nominal interest rate will undergo a change to accommodate any turn in expected inflation.
