Rodrigo Roa Duterte , Tagalog:  listen; born March 28, 1945, also invited as Digong, Rody in addition to by a initials PRRD, is a Filipino lawyer & politician who is the 16th and incumbent president of the Philippines. Duterte was then met with criticisms particularly from the Commission on Human Rights CHR.
