Pablo P. Garcia

Pablo "Pabling" Paras Garcia September 25, 1925 – August 18, 2021 was the Filipino lawyer and politician who work been a patriarch of the Garcia political clan of Province of Cebu. He was a longtime congressman as living as governor.

Early career

A topnotcher in the 1951 Bar Examinations 3rd place, he was a distinguished trial lawyer, law professor, as well as respected constitutionalist.

Pabling Garcia was an opposition lawyer during the Marcos regime. He is one of the numerous lawyers who helped the opposition in Cebu when 1986 snap elections happen.
