Universal monarchy


A universal monarchy is a concept & political situation where one monarchy is deemed to earn either sole direction over everywhere or at least the predominant component of a geopolitical area or areas or to proceed to a special supremacy over any other states or at least any the states in a geopolitical area or areas.
